Is there a program to automatically change your theme like there is for Wallpaper?

i have never heard of such a program but there is one for wallpapers.
i believe its called wallpapoz , if your running kde it is built in <BREW>

Yes. I know about the wallpapers. I've used drapes also before. Thanks. I was just wondering. It would be cool if there was one for themes as well.
