A Great wallpaper changer !!!

:D <BREW> I found this little gem ! You download your favorite Ultimate Edition backgrounds (or what ever you like!) place them in a folder (were ever you like!) Download and untar, and place the script (were ever you like, I recommend your home folder !) double click, and run ! a small window will open, navigate to your new background folder ! set picture duration, and transition duration,IN Hrs,Min, Or Seconds !!! how ever you want !! To stop, just set a background as you would normally ! NOTE : images should be of your resolution, and transition is some what choppy when set in seconds, not as smooth as an"overlay xml" but cool none the less ! Now you can make your own Ultimate Edition Animated wallpaper !!

well, i have got some pictures which are bigger than my screen resolution.
can I modify the xml file in the folder to make the picture to scale or stretch into my screen resolution?
if yes, what should I add in the xml file?

FYI Desktop drapes works better and you can set scaling options as well.

Use Ubuntu software center to install it.

Hmm, Why not just open your image(s) in GIMP and resize them. In GIMP click, image>Scale Image, set the parameters to your resolution, scale and save, or "save as" to rename the image so as not to over wright the original image, you can also install from synaptic, nautilus image-converter, then just right click on any image you want to resize, then click resize images, a small window will open that is pretty easy to follow! good luck! ;)
