Blue is one of my favorite colors. Its really awesome.

If possible please prepare a good looking rainbow cursor set.

JOHNNYG I installed blue cursor set in my Desktop system by dragging the gz file into "appearance preferences" dialog and its working fine.

But when i tried the same in my laptop i get "permission denied : unable to move" error message.

Laptop config :

Intel Core2duo 2.1GHz
Inbuilt intel graphics card
2 GB Ram
OS : Win7 and Ultimate Edition 2.6

Go to System>Preferences>Appearance>Themes Click install and navigate to the cursor set and double click on it ! should install that way

I tried that too while trying drag&drop but getting the same error.

I installed Ultimate Edition 2.6 the same way as i did in my Desktop system and same configurations but i get error only in my laptop.

Hmmm? try this right click on the .targz - properties and set " Allow executing file as a program".

Johnny no pun intended tword you change your index.theme file as follows delete the tar from the board & re-attach the new 1:

I have posted on cursor issues, I have it working using this work around, then again I am running 2.7.

I did not look to see if there is a permissions rights problem in the tar, I installed it as root. The proper permission before taring it should be as follows (copied from my wip):

sudo find 'NAMEOFFOLDER' -type d -exec chmod 755 {} \;
#set 644 for files

#Clean up backup files
find 'NAMEOFFOLDER/' -type f -name "*~" -exec rm -f {} \;


If you ever include a executable in a tar or deb the proper permissions should be 755 for the file.

I may have built a deb or 2 in the past Nice work brother.
