Did you really just write that?

Fine, I'll bite. I wasn't attacking you, but I'll give you a chance to perhaps explain what it is you mean. What exactly is the "spyware" in Cinnamon DE? If you said Unity, I could agree to a point due to the nature of lenses. Cinnamon does no such thing as far as I know, so what is it in Cinnamon that causes this so we can remove the offending software, like removing the lenses from Unity.

No i was referring to the GNOME having the bug and spyware built in not cinnamon <BREW>

That is odd considering Gnome being the default for Ultimate Edition 4.4. Are you really really really sure you aren't referencing Unity? You are calling out one of the oldest Linux DE outside of KDE for being Spyware. This also the default DE for Debian, although it was up in the air for a minute and almost went to XFCE.

With Unity it was because lenses. What happens, is say..you are looking for a file or application what have you, Unity would bring Amazon into the search parameters offering goods and services, since this is tied directly to the system, it is more or less spyware. Unity 8 is supposed to drop this.

Excuse me for inquiry, I just found it odd that you are accusing everyone of being spyware. I didn't really expect a clear answer from you. I expected bad spelling, unnecessary capitalization, horrible grammar, and emoticons.
