Re: Multiple monitors under Ultimate Edition

Does not yet, yes it will. I will have to re-write it because of my GF's current configuration. I don't typically do much programming when I am here. She is running what will be Ultimate Edition 4.2 final and that is one thing that does not work correctly, bet I fix it so it does. When I see an issu...

Re: TheeMahn Quits !!!

Repostorm has been doing some error chewing... This will impact all lite based operating systems including those built with Tmosb. I wrote a function to automate its repetiveness (repostorm --workit 56 will repetivly scan, extract, fix and rebuild all deb(s) or folder(s) 56 times: # Internal, undocu...

Re: Gnome 3.x and KDE 4.1x screenshots...

My opinion of gnome 3 is solid crap. Amarok comes to mind here. We have something that works well, let's scrap everything and start over. KDE is a resource hog and trys to impersonate the other os. Don't get me wrong if KDE or gnome 3 drags just one user to the world of Linux effort well spent. Just...

Re: 32GB RAM, doable? [Yes]

To be honest 32gb of ram is total overkill he will never fully utilize it unless he loads the entire os into ram. I have 16 with hundreds of Windows open have never used 8 go. Loading the entire os into memory makes dual raided ssd's look like a joke.

I have had requests for a simply cinnamon DE same as lite would be I guess. We'll see how smoothly the official build of Ultimate Edition lite goes. I'm thinking that may transpire as early as Tuesday this coming week.
